By accessing and using VerseDB Retail ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Service.

VerseDB Retail provides digital pull list management services for comic book retailers, including but not limited to:

• Customer pull list management
• Order fulfillment tracking
• Customer notifications
• Shop profile management on VerseDB.com
• Analytics and reporting tools

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not use another user's account without permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or harmful materials
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our services.

You retain ownership of your customer data. We will not sell or share your customer data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VerseDB Retail and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will provide you with the ability to export your data for a period of 30 days after termination.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerseDB Retail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
